Originally developed at Cornell University, “HµRELs” are patented microfluidic circuits that can reveal interactions among multiple tissue types and one or more pharmacologic compounds.
Validation studies on HµRELs have yielded metabolic information that was not obtainable from static cell-based assays or, in certain instances, animal studies or human clinical trials.
HµREL holds the promise to deliver, early in the preclinical phase, data of dramatically improved predictive relevancy to the human organism. The Company believes this capability will enable pharmaceutical researchers to “fail early” in vitro a significantly higher proportion of the compounds that would otherwise be promoted into in vivo testing.
Human-relevant. HµREL®.
30 MILLONES DE ANIMALES SON SACRIFICADOS EN ESA RARA COMBINACION DE CIENCIA Y CARNICERÍA.
